Let's hope that you have rent receipts from her, because if there is a foreclosure, you may, MAY, be able to stave off an eviction. You still need to pay the rent, although it is her responsibility to pay the bank. What would she say if you offered to deposit the rent money in her mortgage account? Do you think she'd welcome the idea? (I didn't think so...)
Good Luck!

AS LONG AS YOU CONTINUE TO RENT FROM HER AND COLLECT RECEIPTS FOR THE RENT, YOU SHOULD BE OK.
IF THE BANK TAKES POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, THEY MAY WANT TO SEE YOUR RENT RECEIPTS TO SHOW THAT YOUR RENT IS ALL PAID UP.
FROM HERE ON IN, THE BANK IS NOW YOUR LANDLORD AND STILL SUBJECTED TO THE LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT DEPENDING WHERE YOU LIVE.
YOU MAY BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY FROM THE BANK AND STILL CONTINUE TO LIVE THERE. ANY OR A PORTION OF RENT'S THAT ARE PAID TO THE BANK BY YOU MAY BE TAKEN AS A DEPOSIT ON THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE HOUSE.
MY ADVISE IS FOR YOU TO LOOK INTO THAT NOW AND NOT WASTE ANY TIME.

Yes. You are still living there so you shoudl still continue to pay rent. What your landlord does with the rent after that is none of your concern.

It is her house and she can do whatever she wants with the money. if she wants to not pay the mortgage then that is her choice. Sorry, sounds negative but just because your landlord is your sister, its no different from the landlord being someone you dont know.

If I was you, I would get a rent book and every time you pay the rent, get your sister to sign it.

Get a LAWYER immediately, pay the lawyer instead of your sister! You are real close to going right down with her, and it is a matter of survival! Good luck!!
