You should post this in the Family Category of Yahoo!Answers, maybe you will get some responses. Genealogy is for tracing ancestry. Maybe even in the computer category would be better, the technology you want should exist somewhere. Best of luck.

PS - I searched but did not find anything. Try some military or Red Cross sites.
