How much income or percentage can be taken if their are multiple garnishments due to several judgments? Is their a maxium percentage that can be deducted?

That varies from state to state. In TX, wages are not garnishable. In MA, anything over $125.00 a week is fair game.

it depends on who or what govt. agency is garnishing and what state you live in.
