I suppose some extremist Muslims have political agendas which they believe would make the world a wholly Islamic place. However, Muslims in general are not planning anything. I mean, there is no central Muslim hub where we all go and debate a global world view which we hope to turn into fact by converting the whole world to Islam. Most Muslims just try to live their life peacefully.

I don't think so. Since Christians do the most recruiting, trying the hardest to get new sheep in the flock, I think Christians plan on being the only religeon.

Theoretically it is the ideal of Islam that all the world would believe in Islam and same is the case with Christianity. But majority of Muslims don't believe in conversion by force so all they do is to preach to non-Muslims and it might be a bit annoying but others can just say "no thanks". After all there is even a verse in Quran that says there shouldn't be any compulsion in faith.
And Jerse is not right that every religion want that, only Christianity and Islam have this idea.

The answer is yes, just the same as Christianity. But when will they do this? When Jesus (pbuh) defeats the Dajjal (Anti-Christ), Muslims are told know there is no coercion in religion, so when you hear people talking about Muslims forcing their religion on other is rubbish and just propaganda. They are not going to go around saying convert or die.

Let there be no compulsion in religion. Truth has been made clear from error: whoever rejects evil and believes in God hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And God heareth and knoweth all things.

God says in the holy Koran if he will, he will make everybody Muslims .
God creates hell and heaven and he gives a man free will to choose.
i don't know who will going to hell and who will going to heaven, only God know.

Nope muslims don't have any plans.well if islam is growing that fastly its just the will of God and most of the peoples who are converting are those who search themselves and then convert...

islam has no such agenda .. we are told to respect the other religion and beleive in their religious freedom......Well wht those few terrorist are doing is not at all islamic.....and they don't call peoples convertong to islam.thats a political fight..... Islam is a religion of peace.

I cant speak for other countries but in the UK children are taught that they are superior to everyone else because the are Muslims and everyone Else is dirt on their shoe, so i think one can assume that the Muslim leaders at least want to rule the world so to speak and i think they will probably even admit to it...

my father was a Sikh and they believe every religion should be treated equally and the religion itself is not a hierarchical one or a missionary one.christians and muslims who preach conversion should take a leaf out of the Sikhs book and repect other peoples faiths
