Seriously though, I would call around lumber yard.
Chances are you won't find anything 5 meters long. In that case, you can join two pieces together.
If you make a miter cut instead of a straight one, your joint will be much less noticeable.
The same applies if you can't find anything exactly 18" wide. You can take two - say, 12" pieces, miter cut just a smidgeon off one and miter cut 6" off the other and then join them lengthwise.
Any remaining visible gaps can be filled with wood putty. Be sure to get a putty that matches the color oak as closely as possible.
I assume that you wish to varnish rather than paint this wood, since you are specifying oak.
Anyway, I don't know of any source for the exact measurements you specified, and joining pieces together is probably what you'll have to do.
