is this a trick question? weather affects all of us. deciduous forest animals? green-leafed tree animals? as opposed to non-leafy tree animals, like maybe desert animals? i'm not sure of the distinction here but since weather affects us all, animal, vegetable or mineral, the answer is obvious. think for a moment: too much of rain, sun or any element & what have you got? imbalance! environment in a situation such as you described is weather. you are not only what you are, where you are but what you eat! and since you eat what has been made available to you via environment/weather, yeah! i'd say weather has SOMETHING to do with animal development.
