Scapula can be called as Shoulder blade or shoulder bone in layman's terms. It's different from collar bone which is called clavicle.

collar bone is the layman term for the clavicle bone. scapula is located in the upper back left and right. layman term would be the shoulder blade.

your scapula is actually on your back, a part of your shoulder. You know how when you move your arm a certain way, a bone on your upper back sticks out, like a cats? that's your scapula. your collarbone is actually your clavicle, and it is along the base of your neck.
