Perhaps move your litterbox into a room and get a pet gate that has a small door big enough for cats. Or, if your dog is small and that won't work, try getting a litterbox with a top on it and keep it away from where the dog usually is or make an area where it will be where your dog isn't allowed. If anything the best thing is to constantly check and clean your litterbox. There's also a supplement I've seen at pet stores that claims to stop stool eating, I'm assuming it's just the vitamins and minerals that your dog feels the need for and fills with the poop. And some just like it because they are gross. Continue to tell her NO in a calm firm voice, and teach her the drop it command.

Cats and snakes just do not go well together because one is naturally going to be consumed or hurt by the other. A python can eat prey up to twice the size of the largest part of its body.
You don't say how much of a baby it is, what type of python, but the size is an indicator of what it can eat. Also if the snake is small enough and the kitten is big enough, the kitten could eat the snake.

It all depends on the size of the python
If it was more than 3 feet long ,i would be very careful ,
for such a python has been known to swallow a rabbit ;
your brother would be a most irresponsible person,
if he allowed his python to roam about freely .
A kitten would be absolutely terrified,
if it was confronted by a python ( even a well fed one !)
most snakes will attack and bite ,
if played with by a curious kitten.
i feel most concerned for your cat and for you .
I hope your Father or Mother,
will ensure, that your brothers pets are kept well secured .
So you can all be safe .

Yes.
Any constrictor that is close to the size of the cat or larger is a potential danger to the cat, and the cat could scratch or bite the snake and hurt it.
Actually for the snake's safety, your brother shoud make sure the cage is secure at all times. It is in more danger of damage than the cat. Unless of course it is hungry, then look out kitty!

It depends on how big the cat is, i would get rid of the python and get the cat. They're much friendlier animals!

Depends how often your brother feeds his python!. They only eat if hungry, so as long as it's fed well, pusscat should be safe.
