Firstly, lough is an Irish word. Irelands not int he UK so I presume you mean "loch".

Area, I would have thought Loch Ness . But I could be wrong. I'm sure someone will cut and paste something more comprehensive for you to enjoy....

Lough Corrib is the largest in Eire. Lough Neagh in Great Britain and Loch Lomond 40 miles from where I am sat right now. Loch Ness is the deepest in Scotland

In terms of surface area, it's Loch Lomond. Lough Neagh is the largest in the UK.

Loch Lomond is the biggest by area, it's the biggest by volume too I think. Loch Ness is the deepest but it's not as wide.
