I am 21 years old. The last time I've had a checkup was in 2003. I feel healthy, so I don't think I have a reason to see a doctor.

Ok, most employees require a once a year physical. If you're not employed or your employee doesn't have that requirement it's still at good rule of thumb. Your doctor can tell you best what your needs may be; better than anyone else. You'd be surprised to hear how many people have discovered life threatening (but curable if found early) illnesses by getting a yearly checkup. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Once a year. You are in the prime age range for testicular cancer, so it's very important to get yearly checkups to make sure you're healthy.

As long as you are young and healthy, I would say no more than once a year.
