There is only one way to lose fat in the so-called "stubborn areas," and that is with the correct combination of proper diet, aerobic exercise, abdominal training, and of course weight training will help.
Training the abdominals every day with hundreds of repetitions will certainly tighten and tone the muscles, but it will do almost nothing to remove the fat obscuring the muscles. In fact, it is possible to have a great set of abs that you can’t even see because they are covered up with a layer of fat!
Its generally agreed that aerobic exercise is the real secret to burning fat. Walking, jogging, bicycling, elliptical exercise and stair climbing are all great fat burners. but for the right results you really need to do this at least three or four days per week, but five, six, or even seven days a week will take off fat at the fastest rate possible!
Good Luck!

Crunches can tone the abdominal muscles under fat but they will not eliminate fat. What you are trying to do is called "spot reducing" and does not work. In order to lose fat, you must perform cardio exercises for a minimum of 30 minutes a day at 60 to 80% of your peak heart rate.

False.
Crunches may tone the muscles underneath the fat, but they do nothing to remove the fat itself. That's requires a diet.
BTW, if crunches are done improperly or too fast, then they do little to tone the muscles either.
If crunches are done too fast (using impetus to complete the motion), then it's more aerobic because no muscle isolation is performed. It's the same for any weight training also.

In computing device language && returns real purely whilst the two are real, the place as || returns real if any of them is real. Its fact table is a million acts as real & 0 acts as fake For and 0 && 0 = 0 0 && a million = 0 a million && 0 = 0 a million && a million = a million For OR 0 || 0 = 0 0 || a million = 0 a million || 0 = 0 a million || a million = a million
