I tend to condescend to everyone because I feel they are less intelligent. I guess when there vocabulary is obsolete compared to mine, and they bring a dictionary to talk to me, I am inclined to think that the are of lower intelligence.

Personally a person's IQ doesn't change my perception of people. Of course it is a benchmark of their intelligence and so - of course - it tells me how logically intelligent and coherent they are but, above that, the knowledge of how smart they are has no effect on my perception of them as a person.
However, it may not be the case for others. Some people are overly judgmental and - if given a person's IQ - will immediately stereotype them and form a very strong perception of them with regard to other elements of their life.
For example, many people assume those with a low IQ are very poor or of a low social class...
More than perception, the main thing a person's IQ changes is your behaviour towards them. For example, if someone has a low IQ - just to be sensitive and polite to them - you would not act very intelligent or start speaking about a very complex, difficult topic.
Where the judgements formed by IQ can be quite rude and insulting (for example the stereotype of those with a low IQ as being of low social status,) in other cases they can simply be considerate. To some extent, it is nice for people to change their behaviour towards people relative to their IQ as it shows they are considerate of their feelings and don't want to humiliate them. However, this can be over-done and can, equally, hurt people if they feel that people are treating them as "stupid". An IQ is not always a completely accurate representation of someone's overall intelligence.

I suppose I realize that the general population is full of idiots, but still, I prefer not to judge individuals.
I judge people on their character and their actions and things like that, not a score they have achieved on an IQ test. I have a high IQ. How would me telling you that justify anything? Does it make me a better person than you?
No, I certainly don't think so. High IQ or low IQ, we are all capable of different things, and I admire people that use their abilities to the fullest of their capacity. I respect people that are themselves and treat others as they would themselves.

IQ doesn't change my perception of a person, as much as their attitude about their IQ does.

IQ means little to me, it's common sense, and consideration for others that I look at when I weigh the value of a friendship.
