its not worth it, you might see a couple birds but you wont have fun

sure, I think the birds like the rain. It's fun anyway, I love the rain.

Not worthwhile unless you are looking for waterbirds. All birds without waterproof feathers seek shelter when it rains.

they will come out but not as many if you where to go in the mornings , where you have a better chance ............

i dont think birds will come out if its POURING but otherwise they might come out for food...
