within the faith? Wouldn't we all agree that we see the problem and that this does not disqualify or nullify faith or the existence of GOD? so why do non-believers focus on what we already know and see and agree with

They do this because they have no faith, and thats ok,its just harder for them to grasp concepts without hard facts to rely on,when I went through rehab, the hardest people to give up thier self destructiveness were the non believers, people are imperfect,we were made this way, thats why we are not God,they're problems with even the most upright citizen as well as the wicked, thats why we dont walk on water.

Non-believers follow ethics not morals. They are all subject to change because the world is subject to change. In a ever changing world perfection is impossible. Variables are changing people live, people die, matter is shifted. To each geographical location a different perspective. Perfect wouldn't be the same in everyones eyes.

Without complications, problems, differences there would be no point to anything. It would all be the same. And without anything to compare itself to "perfect" wouldn't exist either. The ideals of perfection are always changing because reality is always changing. Life is a struggle to survive therefore perfection is non-existence.

So something that has long been considered evil maybe acceptable in a more moderate society. We evolve and adjust to circumstance. Not everyone thinks the same. They may share similar notions from time to time.

To strive to be the best of your ability is one thing but, time is fickle. The ideals and perfect time perfect moment will always change based on an individuals perspective.

A sin depends on the individual to consider an action to be faulty on their part for that moment with given judgment. Humans have evolved to predict the consequence of their actions as an adaption. It is to the individual to decide to adapt some sort of tribal code. Society has created rules, laws, and to each individual ethics to abide by. But with time they will change.

There are problems with people whether I agree what I find to be a problem is dependent on my individual personality not a religious belief or non-religious belief.

Eye think it's frustrating when a logical debate is made about religion. When the argument becomes cyclical, people start to get upset. For example, if eye ask why would god kill. The argument might be because he works in mysterious ways that we can never comprehend... Which eye think is a total cop out answer that hold zero factual evidence to prove their point.

We all see the problems but

God believers are taught that this is just how it is and we're just born bad. Solutions are not valued or even thought about

Atheists believe that we can fix the problems by doing away with reiligion for a start

No, the problems of believers themselves don't disqualify the potential existence of God. There are plenty of other ways to do that.

yes i am a believer and i definitely see problems with the people because we are just human (believers or non) and we all sin.

i just encourage nonbelievers to look at the faith itself and to God not the people.

as a believer I know we are all sinful and need Jesus to help us avoid sin. but although we will repent every one willlose it some times, get angree shoult at a child swear or lie all are sins. unfortunatly some will comit much more even thinking ahead God will forgive them that is very wrong and I do not believe they can rely on it.

the only problem i have is with the religious zealots who insist that ONLY they have THE Truth and their version of God is the only one possible.

and once again... YOU are a NON-believer in my God concept so you and i do not agree on what is known and seen. our perceptions of spiritual "reality" is different and your inability to put faith in my perceptions of "God" do not affect my God concepts.

They dont understand that we are imperfect, sinnful race, everywhere we turn, there are mistakes in every aspect of this sinnful world (only because we made it like that, God made it perfect, but we screwed everything up) :S
