The Christians who voted for Bush obviously don't know what's going on around them, or the times that they are living in, because Bush is the antichrist :P

I think it works like this, If we believe as Christians that Thou shalt not kill , applies - even to presidents. Then quite frankly , Mr. Bush has a special place in hell reserved for him , unless he truly repents his sins.

However lets say there's a special 5A stipulation of the Commandments that says if you are the leader of a country, it's totally cool to kill people.

Christians voting for Bush still have to bank heavily that the rules on murder only apply to other Christians. If HOWEVER God laid down those commandments for all humankind and actually expected them to be followed then, unfortunately no. Especially since the Commandmants weren't given to Jesus but the followers of Moses and then by heredity to Jesus and also Mohammed.

Not only did Christians who elected Mr Bush not get what they deserved but may in fact have some explaining to do, at the pearly gates. Because Mr. Bush through his actions and inactions caused the circumstancial death of thousands of people.

Mr bin Ladin and his kind however are far more likely to exact a more immediate pennance. If a few million US blue state and red state voters die as a result of some nuclear or biological 9/11 type terrorist attack then perhaps the scales become balanced in the favor of those with the most dead to bury.

The Christians are doing just fine. I must be an ignorant idiot, because I have nothing to complain about. My taxes are stable each year, and I can afford a house and a car, and am saving for my daughter's college. My company is happy to have me as an employee. Sorry if I don't agree with this politics bashing mentality, I just don't see it.

P.S. I wasn't born rich either, I just kept focused, and stayed in school, and now everything is okay. God will take care of the rest.

I am a christian who voted for Bush, twice and I think he did a wonderful job. I wish that the republicans in congress would have done a better job addressing some of the conservative issues and not been bullied out of voting on it with fillibusters.

I voted for him as well and still stand up for him! With that being said yes, I got what I deserved and wanted out of the deal. Good question though!
