ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love my kids like crazy, but even at the end of the best of days, I am lucky to stay awake untill ten o'clock. They are constantly on the move which means I have to be constantly on the move. Luckily now that they are getting alittle older, I can have a few minutes here and there through the day. Soon though the physical exaustion will be replaced by mental exaustion from worrying about if they will get into trouble or accidents, what kind of grades are they getting, are they eating right, ..... and what ever else comes up. It is a huge job at all times, even when they are sleeping. But at the end of a good day you know exactly how worth it it is to have them and you wouldn't have it any other way.

If you are eating well - nourishing food and not junk - it helps the 'rundown' feeling.

Be sure that you are not aggravating your tiredness with lack of healthy eating and lack of enough exercise. Can you take the kids for a walk? Or do some jumping around with them in the house to give yourself a break?

It may seem to be energy using, but it DOES restore some of the hormones to better levels.

And try to get a babysitter for an evening/time out at some point.

It is worth it I assure you. Hugs.
