1) suggest going out and say you have no one to go with but would like to go shopping or something. (makes him feel sorry for you but also gets him to say "i'll come, wanna go out this weekend?")
you could say you'd rather have a guy go with you so he could give you a better opinion on which clothes to buy (it might work you never know...)
2) i dont know if this would work but you could say something like "i really want a bf right now" or "guys are treating me really badly, i wish i could meet a nice guy" or say "i'll have to find a bf wont i?" with a wink or something.
this may work. I know girls who have used those kinda lines before and well it got me to notice anyway.
-just remember be flirty too as this will get his attention and when hes enjoying the flirtyness he'll recognise you like him and then he'll do something about it, just give it time and he'll ask you eventually :) hope this helps, gd luck

darlin' I end up saying this alot, Guys are notoriously easy. Honest, heres what you do; he might be a bit shy, so you'll have to suggest he take you out, Ask him if he wouldn't mind coming with you to some place you know because you don't want to eat alone. Dress up real nice and gently touch him, Knee, arm where ever. Guy's look for touching as a sign of a girl liking them.
