Do you mean puppies are not drinking their mothers' milk? An adult dog does not need milk.
If it is puppies, you need to start feeding them every 3 to 4 hours then. You'll have to go to the vet or pet store and buy a milk replacement formula. You cannot use any of the milk from the grocery store.

Are these puppies and they are not drinking the mother's milk? If these are adult dogs then I have not heard of them drinking milk, cats drink milk. If they are puppies then I would call your vet because this is very serious and the puppies will die if they do not drink the milk.

Is this the mothers' milk your talking about? A vet checkup will be in order if this is the problem, as the dogs will starve if they are not feeding.
If you're trying to give cows milk, stop. it's not healthy at all for the pups.

If you mean they are not nursing, then there could very well be something wrong with either them or the dams milk. You are going to need to contact a Vet, and not monday either as they will likely be dead by then if they are not eating.

If you are speaking of adult dogs, then the above posters are correct. Milk, especially homogenized cows milk, is not good for your dogs. Do not give it to them.
