if you have family members who did not convert when you did, who have now converted, did you play any part in their conversion? what did you find was the best way to discuss your beliefs with them without them attacking you? and how were you able to share your testimony? what helped them discover the truth and happiness to be found in the gospel?

and if you are like me...and are the only one who converted.. how do you set an example for your family members? what works for you?

My mom joined after I was married and I joined about a year later. My son has fallen away and forgotten most of what he knew. He and his fiancée are now interested in the church and I believe it is because of the example of my life. Do what you are suppose to do and don’t let others sway you into doing what you aught not do. Pray before meals and every morning and night, attend all your meetings, accept any callings you may be asked to accept, obey the word of wisdom, read the Book of Mormon when they are around, leave the Book of Mormon in the living room when not reading it, have a picture of a temple one of the church’s version of Jesus in your room if living at home and in the living room if you have your own place, be temple worthy and go as often as you can not hiding the fact from them but not flaunting it either. Be able to answer their questions if they have any and never condemn or belittle them for their beliefs. Continually pray that they will open their hearts to the truthfulness of the gospel and never force your beliefs on them, just live your beliefs always. I do these things and it is starting to work for me. Be patient and persistent.☻
