I lost my voice. I have a cold and I had to talk loud in a club last night (music was soooo loud) so I really strained my voice. Today my voice is practically gone. How can I get it back?

Lemon Juice is a great remedy for a sore throat or laryngitis. Make a hot cup of lemon water or have some hot tea with lemon. Rest your voice. Don't drink anything cold. Try not to clear your throat. Stay away from alcohol. Try not to breath through your nose (has a drying affect). If there is a health food store nearby...Elm bark tea is also very helpful. And Most of all DON'T TALK! Not even a whisper. Your vocal cords need a break.
Take care of yourself get some rest and I'm sure you'll be fine in a day or two.
If the problem persists...See your doctor.

You have got to find a handsome guy, a really handsome boy who makes you love, so you will obtain again your voice.
Because last night, my friend, probably you had a collapse when your eyes fixed on another handsome boy. Right?
That is the only way...
