Yes ... Colour has power to change ones mood....
people have different choices for the colour for their rooms.... still mostly preferred colour in a room is Cream ...as it reflects and multiply the effect of light in a room....

yes thy do change the mood of the ppl.. as if u r siting in a red room u will fell warm and u if u r angry it puts up on. .same is the case with the blue colour..
blue signifies cool. and calm..

Yes they can. A good example is a fast food resturant. Have you noticed that they are painted with a color that is uncomfortable to enjoy a meal in, like bright yellow or some other distracting combinations of color? Its to get you in and out fast. As compared to a finer resturant who would rather you stay and enjoy the atmosphere as well?
