There is a Diet Coke made with Splenda (sucralose). This has no calories like Diet Coke, but does not contain aspertame.

Your reason for this is because you've found out it can damage your health and can play havoc with memory not to mention your IQ. Well good for you someone who can actually think for themselves, i myself have been trying to follow the same regime and it's almost impossible. However if you are not on a diet then it is easier simply buy nothing that's diet or sugar free or even low sugar. Mineral water is quite useful although a little boring, try experimenting with a juicer they are rather cheap at the moment and Good luck.

any that don't refer to themselves as diet drinks will have sugar in them.
Just a note of warning, the sugar content in some of the regular soft drinks is extremely high, some as many as 6-8 tablespoons of sugar per bottle...yuk!

all the ones that have sugar in them. for example...pepsi, dp, sierra mist, coke. only the ones that are diet, because they need a sweetener to substitute for the lost sugar taste. otherwise, the drink would taste like total ***. not that diet doesnt anyways haha...

Any 'sugar free' product (soft drinks, fruit squashes, confectionary, etc.) will contain a scource of aspartame.

If you are not sure, check the labelling. It has to be listed separately (sometimes as phenylalanine) because it is a carcenogen.

Aspartame is in diet drinks so any drinks with sugar in will probably not have aspartame
