how can i uninstall DVD43 ver 3.9.0 I TRIED TO REMOVE IT FROM MY PROGRAMS BUT IT SAYS THAT ITS RUNNING SO I NEED TO CLOSE IT BUT I AM NOT RUNNING IT

Click on your START button (bottom left of screen)
Click on Run and type 'msconfig' then press enter.
Have a look in the SERVICES tab for the DVD43 to see if it is running, if it is uncheck the box to the left of it.
Next go to your CONTROL PANEL and open the 'add or remove' option the look for the DVD43 and uninstall it.

1. Right click on the task bar and select Task Manager.
2. Click on the 'Applications' tab.
3. If you find the DVD application listed here, right click and select 'Go to process'
4. You will automatically be forwarded to its corresponding process in the 'Processes' tab. Right click on that process and select 'End Process'.
Now you can uninstall the software.

its still in the ram or system tray, restart, make sure its not in the system tray still running.
