I wash my mouth and teeth everyday in the morning and night. I have this white stuff in my tongue, it becomes less when I wash my mouth but it always reappears. Do you know what this "white" stuff might be and how do I get rid of it?

You are a bit vague in the "white" stuff description. If it's a coating that appears all over your tongue it might be an indicator of a poor diet. If it is around sore areas it might be thrush or an example of "Geographic Tongue". Go see your doc for the right answer.

when you brush your teeth, brush your tongue too. that will take care of the problem. also some toothpastes will cause you to have white stuff too. change to a different brand of paste and see what happens.

The white stuff is bacteria, dead oral tissue cells and microscopic food particles. Brush your tongue every time you brush your teeth that will help the problem.

Brush your teeth and tongue after every meal...

Use mouthwash.

(As a side note, not wanting to spread veggie propaganda... when I stopped eating meat and dairy and my whole body detoxed, I noticed a significant clearing of the "white stuff")

I'm sure just normal hygiene would be effective as well.

The white stuff is usually a yeast infection. Try using hydrogen peroxide as a gargle. Then, thoroughly brush your tongue all the back to the back. You will have to do this several times a day until clear. Don't worry, everyone gets this from time to time. Just start brushing your tongue when you brush your teeth on a daily basis.

Good wishes for a good oral hygiene.
