how much should i run each day? i want to improve my my running by like 100%...any ideas

Keep running.... a little farther and faster each time.

run 2 miles in 14 minutes or less then do 10 sets of 100m sprints right after to improve explosiveness

depends on what kind of running you're talking about. Short distance or long. There are different strategies to improve for different kinds of running.

Short distance would be high intensity interval training to increase your VO2 max.

Long distance would probably be to just do some fast jogging on a daily basis so your body can get used to it

start with a mile and slowly build up until you cant push any further each time
