put it in a compost heap, dump it on your plants outside,,,, if its only expired a couple of days, you can eat it, will probably be alright,,,, they put in a little leeway into the expiration dates

If it's only a day or two past the expiration date you can use it to substitute oil when you make muffins or quick bread. If it's plain yogurt you can dump it in a blender with lemon juice, chopped cucumber, and mint leaves and make a salad dressing.

It is a natural cure for a yeast infection. There was a lady in the supermarket giving samples of yogurt and saying women can you it as a paste and apply directly and wear a pad. It apparently works.

You could have a little fun (and I mean a 'little' fun). When we were kids we did this: try taking the top off and putting sugar into it. In a few days the live parts of the yogurt will have reacted to the sugar and frothed up and overflowed the carton.

If you have any stone walling or statues in your garden and want to make them look ancient smear it all over them and it ages it with green mossy appearance. Very fashionable at the moment, Darling.

If you have some brickwork / stonework that you wish to age quickly, "paint" it with yoghurt (if live) and it helps to age it with all speed.

Do NOT do this is a flavoured yoghurt!

You can feed it to your horse or cows. Or your dog if they are house broken.
