Well for my little cousin's 14th party she had a b-day party/sleepover with some of her closest friends. With the b-day party they had the usual cake, ice cream, and etc. played some scene it games and other board games and danced to the music their parents approved of. At her sleepover they went out for rentals and pigged out on more ice cream and cake and popped popcorn and watched movies they liked all night long. She loved it and was happy. The way it happened is her mother asked her what she would like they talked about it and came to a compromise. But the parents still had the last say so about everything. In the end she was happy. Hope this helps.

If you can afford it, invite a few friends to the zoo or an aquarium. I've done it before and it's really fun. You guys can get some ice cream or something and do the cake and presents at home. If you aren't such a nature lover as I am, invite your friends to just go to some cool city and walk around downtown. Maybe you could all bring your own spending money and window shop a bit. As before, you can do cake and presents at home before or afterward. In my past experience, invite a small group of a few of your closest friends that all get along, instead of every acquaintance you know, and going somewhere active keeps everybody entertained and never bored. If you're short on money, you could always just have a classic girly sleepover. Make it memorable, unique, and fun! And have all your guests bring a camera!

Gossip, Truth or dare, I never(Non alcoholic), Sleepover, Swim party, go to a movie.
I never- Each person gets a cup with the same amount of soda in it. One person starts out and says I never... and then put something at the end of it. Such as I never thought a teacher was cute. Then whoever has takes a sip(Small) The last one with stuff in their cup wins.
