I had a brief fling with this woman(32yo) last month...she was going to fly to new york to see me from california. We talked on phone and were both crazy about each other. Then all of a sudden i get robbed of a few thousand dollars. Then the next few weeks things seemed ok..she asked if she still wanted to see me? I was unsure because the robbery shook me up. But we both agreed that she still come. We'd have fun. Then things were good again. Phone sex good too.Well last week she calls me and tells me"she is not coming" it is because of my situation and my loss. Im cool and say ok. She keeps text messaging me a week. Tells me she is in love because im so nice. Then she stops flirting. I tell her i have a date. She says she has to say "goodbye and wishes me well." I ignore her. Then she say "its all her fault." Then this morning she tells me she has to say "goodbye for good" this time. I ignore her. Then she sends me another textmessage telling me I hurt her. What is up with her?

you hurt her because you didn't respond to her message.

You sound like a fool anyway, she's well rid of you.

It sounds like a jumble of miscommunications. If she was going to fly across country to see you, maybe she thought that you two were exclusive. You should've mentioned to her exactly what you wanted. She may have jumped the gone by telling you that she loved you because you were nice.
Either just keep ignoring her text messages and hopefully she'll get the point or tell her straight up what you wanted from the beginning and tell her you're sorry if she took it another way. Then, end it. Don't leave her hanging wondering if you meant this or if you meant that. Be direct, but kind.

Sounds like she's trying to get a reaction out of you. Most girls have regrets after a relationship ends and still hold feelings of attachment, even if the split is mutual.

In order to resolve these feelings without coping, I truly feel that a lot of girls will (perhaps subconsciously) try to provoke an angry response from the guy. That way they can move on: "It's okay, he's nothing but a jerk anyway."

You're definitely right to just ignore her.

She's very needy. I would just send her a message and tell her that you've moved on and you no longer wish to have any contact with her. She will probably continue to try and talk to you for attention, but just ignore her and it will all go away. She'll move on to someone else. Hope everything works out with the other girl you went on a date with!

She feel out of her cocanut tree and a big cocanut hit her in the head lol. She is just palyen head games with you. Better off to ignore her all the way. Tell her you mean good bye. And stop the head games and they don't work with you. Tell her no more and you are gonna hit the ignore button on her.

I guess it wasn't enough closure the first time she broke it off with you. Seems to me she is still stuck on you and you probably need to refresh her memory that it was her idea in the first place for you to break up. What were you suppose to do, mope about a women that just breaks it off with you for no reason, c'mon. She needs to start acting her age, and not like twelve or thirteen year old.

um I don't know nick... could it be the fact that your ignoring her and don't have the balls to just come out and say that your not interested anymore... you'll find by doing this that you don't have her bothering you anymore... If your not ready to be in a real relationship with a woman then don't play as though you are...

your instincts are correct...she is a whacko....stop all contact with her and don't answer her messages...she will eventually get the hint and stop calling you....move on with your life and steer clear of her and people like her....good luck
