Merry Xmas to you all! It seems like Christians are morally indignant, paranoid and easily upset by just about anything. Maybe that is a symptom of a fanatic.

I know, it's the craziest thing. I used Xian once and the pedantic wackos came out in full force. The wackyness knows no bounds. People listen to self-serving pastors as if they're divine revelation. And they take silly issues with halloween and other holidays. Sheesh...

Not at all, I simple feel like you should call it waht it is. And with the shortness of your question that I answered last time, i know you had enough letters to type Christian and that it was not simply to shorten anything of value other than the name of Christ. Merry Christmas to you as well and I hope you will receive some insight into your own paranoia this holiday season.
If you choose not to be a Christian that is fine but do not insult my intelligence with a lame excuse for insulting Christ's name. I have more respect for any atheist, agnostic, wiccan, pagan, or even satanist who is honest and still knows that to type his name in full is simply a matter of respect.

After decades of watching secular humanists take "Christ" out of Christmas, many people have a knee-jerk reaction to things like this.

Because most don't know the ancient history, nor the Greek language, they don't know that the "X" is the Greek letter "Chi," which was used to spell (and represent) Christ. An ancient symbol that is used in many churches today (Such as the Roman, Orthodox, and Lutheran) is known as the Chi Rho, and looks like a "P" superimposed on an "X."

It is not an issue of being "easily offended." It is rather, a symptom of being tired of putting up with the secularist agenda to remove Christ from the public square. It has been brewing for some time.

If someone is offended by the letter X they are very easy to offend. In the Greek X is used as the first letter in Jesus' name. The X was used by early Christians to mark where they were meeting and when the Roman army realized that they move to using the fish symbol. So the letter X does have its meaning to Jesus and has its place in Christian history.

X C = Jesus Christ

Some Christians are no better than Muslim terrorist. It seems they have such closed minds and any variance upsets there whole world. Pastor Ted Haggert sure surprised the flock. Can they admit he might have been an impostor and no better than what he called a non-religious sexual pervert.

It seems all of the religious denominations are offended easily. I have no fear of offended Christians because theirs is a true religion of peace. I do have a fear of offended muslims as their is a religion of violence. A stereotype? Perhaps. But, I haven't seen an overabundance of Christians bombing marketplaces and schools as I've witnessed these past 5 years.
Christians do need to lighten up and find a sense of humor.

Not all Xtians know that X is the Greek letter for Christ. Xtians interpret the abbreviation as a mockery/tarnished version of their label.

Well, I say Happy H- aka and happy Kwza to you. I think that when a holiday or celebration has a name we should use it wether its Christmas, Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa.
