Try to check it's expiry date. If it doesn't have one then I would suggest you throw it away.
If you do not want to throw it away, why not give a dog or cat to taste it and see what happens next.
Honestly I do not think it expires. This is because most can food takes up to three years to expire.
Remember to check if there is any damage on the tin.

There should be an expiration date on the can or a phone number or even an e maill address. If not I would throw it away. Better to be safe than sorry.

check the date on the can!!! if you open it, rinse it off, the put it in a container and cover it and put it back in the fridge for an hour. After an a hour take it back out and feel it.... if it feels slimey... it is not any good. hope this answer helps

I'd say it should be safe according to info I found; canned meats can be stored upwards of three years

Canned anything lasts a long. long time and it is probobly good just check the label and use your nose when opening it to finally decide.
