So if you fail in plan A, plan B is activated, fail in that Plan C, by fail I mean you didn't obey your call perhaps, or missed that opportunity. Or just one plan because God already knows the mistakes we will make(but this of course doesn't negate free-will)

God gives you free-will - you choose. His plan is for you to have a personal relationship with Him through the sacrifice of Christ Jesus. He does not plan out your day to day, minute to minute, activities. He does want the best for you, but like a good parent, patiently lets you make your own mistakes so you can learn and grow from them. If my daughter speeds, she is the one who faces that consequence. (She has, and then had to pay a big fine - she's not speeding now!). Sometimes it's really hard to stand back and watch your kids make mistakes - but you can't live their life for them. I raised both my kids to think on their own. To work for what they get. To be good, upstanding citizens. To love God, their family, and be respectful of authority. Now that they are grown, it's up to them. God gives us the tools, He helps us through the rough patches. He's there when we fail. But He loves us enough to allow us free will.

So you feel like a failure? Everyone fails sometimes, some people fail most of the time, it took Edison 1000 trys to invent the lightbulb. The best lessons in life come when you fail. Look at your failures, figure out what went wrong, then you know what not to do next time. Following this rule will cause you to fail less and less in the future.

Remember this as well when you fail at something. At least you're trying, some people don't even try.

Did you think that the lack of free will means that we're all puppets on a string? The free will issue has to do with the ability to choose God, where we are all sinners so tainted by sin that it's in our nature to not want to be saved. If that's the case, then your question goes away, because it doesn't matter. Those left in their sins are doomed anyway, there doesn't need to be a plan B or C.

We can do what we want. God does not direct us in our lives. We have free will, but we must remember we are accountable to God for what we do. He has given us instructions through the Bible which we can choose to follow if we want, but we don't have to. The judgement will fall on those who choose to obey (life) or choose to disobey (death). Of course, if you don't know what they Bible says, how can you "disobey" it? Basic laws are written with our consciences, for instance murder, lying and sexual misconduct is considered by most people, or has been considered so in the recent past. The real answer is to find out what the Bible really says. Ask representatives of as many different religions as you can, and don't discriminate.

I think you are indeed a failure in that you believe that it is up to a non-existent god to have a plan for you. I would have a lot more respect for you if you had respect for yourself, and took responsibility for your own plans. It's up to you, not up to any god. Getting real is part of growing up. Millions of people go through life never taking responsibility, and handing control of their lives to spacemen beyond the clouds. Religion is just a bad mental habit. You can cure yourself by facing the world as it really is, not as you would wish it to be, complete with fairies, gods, "plans for me" etc

how do you know if you fail plan A unless you have completed it. it seems that God is able to work all plans to the good... but it might take a lifetime... and then eternity to work it out for His plan. God's plan is the one that will work out.

We made our plan when we decided to come here for this life. I believe that we wrote in options and accounted for free will, of course. Ultimately, it is up to us to achieve the goal we wanted on our own. I do not have an opinion if God is aware of our plans when we decide to come here. I do not know.

It remains flexible, nothing is EVER stated as definite. This is helpful for his followers, as the embarrassment of regular , End of Days, imminent Armageddon, Second comings, and final Holocausts, plays havoc with the credibility of the "truth". Keep it vague, make it up as you go along, THAT is the plan!

In Christianity there are two options, a life filled with Christ, the following of his commandments and repentance leading to heaven and a life of the opposite with a certain eternal existence in hell.
