Yoga will help you gain flexibility if you practice it regularly (3-4 times per week, 20-30 minutes per time).
Any concentrated stretching program will work well for increasing your flexibility. Just hold each stretch for 20 seconds, 1-2 times per session, 3-4 sessions per week. Never go beyond the point of slight discomfort and remember to exhale into the stretch and hold it there.
Start at the top (your head and neck) and work down (to your calves and ankles) or at the bottom and work your way up.
