They have taken Scottish Leagues by storm. Brookes Myleson and Rowan Alexander deserve all credit for what they have achieved in their short time thus far. They did run Hearts close in Scots Cup Final last season, and with that in mind, they could run riot with a few SPL teams next year or year after that.

The best of luck to them but I believe these teams are on a bungee and bungees only stretch so far before they shoot backwards. Gretna and the Highland teams that have come into the league are slicing through the dross that sits in Central Scotland and the lower leagues. I also believe they are at a disadvantage geographically and population wise but as I said at the start, they are a breath of fresh air and hope they go as far as they can.

Yeh definiitely they are doing really well at the minute - don't know how they will cope in the SPL though but somehow cannot see them going straight back down!

You got to love Gretna.They did superb to get to the final last year and I'm going enjoy watching them next year against the big boys.

Its amazing what a wad of cash can do for a team, but that's football nowadays. and they probably make it into the spl
