make sure you use a cute (but stinky) little monkey to knead and roll the dough for that fine monkey flavor your looking for

MONKEY PAW BREAD

1 3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk (or reg. milk scalded)
4 tubes of biscuits (10 to a tube)

Grease bundt pan with butter. Put 3/4 cup white sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon in a bag, preferably plastic -- one you can seal and shake. Cut up each biscuit into fourths. Shake the pieces in the above mixture (cinnamon and sugar). Place the coated biscuits in the bundt pan. After putting all the pieces into the pan, cover with mixture below.

Bring to a boil: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. butter 1/4 c. evaporated milk

Pour over biscuits and bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn out on plate to cool. Optional: Pecans or walnuts can be placed in pan before biscuits

Monkey Bread

3 cans Pillsbury biscuits
cinnamon
sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350*F. Make a cinnamon and sugar mixture to taste. Open and cut each biscuit into 4's.
Roll biscuit pieces in cinnamon/sugar mixture until evenly coated. Place evenly around greased bundt pan.

In a sauce pan, melt butter, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Pour over biscuits.

Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cake is slightly crunchy on top.

Remove from oven. Place a plate on top of bundt pan (upside down) and flip so that cake falls out onto plate.

STICKY FINGER FOOD! Serve hot and enjoy with coffee or tea!
