I already got 2 sessions but still the scars are there.....

Maybe u should just wait and see if it will heal... i am not sure.. some never go away. like the time my bro slammed the door on my hand when i was 7. it is still there.

Microdermabrasion is surgery..where it reduces fine lines and scars.
each treatment takes up to an hour && the number of treatments range from 5 to 12, each 2 weeks apart.
The healing process can take months..
usually 3 to 4 months
it's all a really long process but if your willing to go through it..good luck:)

Deep scarring may require something more intense.

Are you having the microdermabrasion done at a salon or doctor's office? A salon will only achieve minimal cosmetic improvement. A doctor will give better results.

Or, the doctor may suggest a chemical peel. Worse cases would be a phenol peel, but that's very serious and expensive.

I had deep stretch marks on my legs. I had to have six treatments of dermabrasion and chemical peals to remove them. They are 90 percent gone. I would only get chemical peel from a dermatologist though, the girl at the salon left the solution on my skin too long and almost burned me badly.
