Sadly we are just that - human. We all do things that are not in the best of taste or intelligence. I am a Christian and I have met some people in church that are very Christ-like. That is what Christian means. Just like any other group of people some excell at what they do/believe in and some are still finding their way. The point being if we become like those who's behavior we don't care for then we have lost. By setting an example and trying to help one another we promote good feelings of love which is exactly what Christ wanted.
I don't know what Christians you are referring to, but perhaps you should look at others. You can't judge everyone by the actions of a few. More types of religious groups are coming together in ways to promote understanding and tolerance. Mankind has a sad history of not being able to accept differences in each other. Jesus sacrificed himself to offer forgiveness for our actions. Let's pray that more people understand the truth and help spread the peace.

Well that's really nothing unique amoug christianity. In Islam, Sunni's don't like shiites and dvirshes and sufis are not liked by any of the others.
Even in buddhism the different paths think the others are flawed in some way. The only thing that keeps us civil is our compassion and our realization that we're all dilluted beings.
But Christians have come together at times recently such as in politics so that they could opress the rest of America with their fascist idology.

The first sign a species is becoming sentient is when they have evolved to the point where they can abstract enough to invent a god. The first time a species achieves sentient maturity is when they get rid of their gods. To be fully Human, one must have achieved the later state, so Christians would have to be properly classified as Proto-Human.

I am a Christian and I have respect and love for other people and religions even if I don't agree with them. And, yes, I am human.

I am a christian and I love my christian and muslim and Jewish friends. I simply disagree with some of their rituals, doctrines, beliefs. That does not mean I do not respect them for being faithful to their belief, simply that I will not be participating in the same fashion.

so what excuse do the non-Christians have for hating everyone? does that mean they are non-human?
you're assuming that not being-stuck up is a human characteristic and being stuck up is non-human. i think you have it backwards. most folks are stuck up, and that's the problem.

stop sterotyping Christians please. When's the last time you met someone that is exactly like you? anyone like your best friend? anyone like your neighbor with all the crazy christmas lights? No. Therefore, how can you say that all (or most) christians are stuck up? Often, its not true.
