No more affordable housing. Out of control gentrification turning lower income areas into upper class areas while completely ignoring the existence of the middle class. Drug related crime has always been a problem in my neighborhood.

Unemployment, low education levels, ageing population due to young people leaving, demographically isolated, socio economic inequality, racism, sexism, discrimination based on sexual preferences,domestic and family violence, teenage pregnancies, lack of services for the elderly and youth. Lack of social oppurtunities for people in general, drug and alcohol abuse.
Wow, hadnt really thought about it that much and look at the list.

the good old boy network, corrupt police officers,crystal,homeless children,greedy land developers,taxes,unemployment, illegal russians,too many stray animals,nasty rude people,drunk spring breakers that fall off high balconies and almost run over my kids going to fast in residental areas,litter on our beaches,alabama tourists.

Boom boxes in cars that drive past our homes and rattle our windows and disturb us so much that we have trouble sleeping at night.
