+ yes but it would be much more effective if they went to the middle east and then went topless there. It wouldn't matter too much if they did it here.

another male chauvinist in our midst. women go topless for you to ogle provided they're from miss universe pageant. true what if they are walmart checkers. aaaaHH!. with this will women in mid-east uncover their face? its the men and the clergy that has brainwashed women into subservience and to cover their face. hence it has to be the men to say the opposite and then the women, sad to say, will obey. its time that we accord equality and give women their equal rights - to take their rightful place in the governance of society and nation. as long as women are not heard the world will still be in a mess. and stop exploiting them as sex objects. and women should know this and stop allowing themselves to be exploited by men!!

I'm afraid it wouldn't help... too many car crashes, no police to do their jobs, teachers in shock, people walking in front of cars... a mass catastrophe and then where would the Middle East be???
