have you ever felt so sad and hopeless that you just wish you would just die? but then again..?

you know you can't make it to heaven if that happens because of the way you have led your life so far. and you just don't know what else to do next but live with this dreadful pain of paradox that seems to eat up the life in you from the inside leaving you empty and dead. i feel like a dead man walking. why me? when will all this take a turn for the better? i feel like the best part of me brokeoff from me a long time ago from that "incident" and i am almost, if not am positive it will never ever come back. can somebody help me oversome this cause i'm so very tired from the sadness, thinking, worrying, hopelessness , regrets, and the pain of it all

Look within for the answers plus the fact you are asking these kind of questions means you have not given up.God to me will welcome you but do not be in a hurry to die .It hurts the people you leave behind more than yourself and is a selfish act.It will take a turn for the better ,keep asking God for help and hang in there.I am pulling and praying for you.God bless you and help you

One thing that helps me is, do something good for others. There is always someone worse off than you, like people in nursing homes who have no visitors, the homeless, disabled children. If you could visit some of these people and give them a smile and talk to them , it will take your mind off your own problems. Some churches get involved in nursing home ministry, jail ministry or feeding the hungry. I don't know what happened to you, but Jesus heals, delivers and sets us free from the oppressor. I challenge you to ask God for forgiveness and ask Jesus to come into your heart as your personal savior. Maybe you could find a pastor you could trust for counseling. Don't let the devil Lie to you and make you think its hopeless. Read the bible and pray, maybe you could take a natural supplement like St. Johns wort for a few weeks to see if it helps your mood. I wish you the best.

sorry to hear your story. Try to go to chruch, talk to a pastor. Start reading the bible. Get down on your knees and ask God for forgiviness of your sins, repent. Ask God to come into your life and make you whole. AsK God to show himself spritually in you, tell God that you do not want to live like this anymore. How do you perceive God? Something of fear is in your post. Sadness is of the human mind. It can be called the "ego" or "Intellect." Sadness need not be. Fear is of the "ego." This need not be. Guilt is always of the "ego." This need not be.

If you cannot HEAR the Voice for God, the Holy Spirit, within your mind, it is because you do not desire to hear . His non-tonal voice of Conscience, Guidance, and Comfort speak to you ceaselessly. But Guilt - remorse, regret, hopelessness take up residence in our surface mind and beat upon us without mercy. Until we find the strength to turn away from such thoughts, those thoughts continue to pound upon our minds and heart until we can no longer hear, within us, the Voice for God.

The glass in which the "ego" seeks to see its face is dark indeed.
The human mind does not love its "host." YOU must find yourself OUTSIDE of the thoughts of the human mind. The human mind is the seat of Guilt, shame, loss of self-esteem and uses all of it as a "tool" to keep you in a state in which you have NO awareness of the Holy Spirit's voice within you.

That part of you that "broke off" long ago during an incident never had any ability to "break off" and be lost. It was and IS your higher and best Self ; the part of you that felt decent about itself.
The spark of self-esteem. The part that could TRUST itself.

We come back to that part of us that can never be lost, no matter what we have done - no matter WHAT - when we realize the heavy density of feelings the human mind can produce are what we will no longer tolerate. We reach a decision of preference. We prefer to present what we have done, or what has been done to US to the Holy Spirit (Who already knows - for it resides in your higher thoughts and experiences your life with you). God placed this Holy Spirit into your soul where it could be His Appointed Friend to you.

The Holy Spirit sees the physical world you see. He listens to and experiences your thoughts and actions. All through life. The human mind can "push" Him away and deny His position within you, BUT He is never actually "pushed" away, being part of your Soul. He can't be discarded - and YOU cannot LOSE Him. He waits in patience that is Eternal for you to once again speak to Him, acknowledge Him and ALLOW Him to alleviate the depression that the human mind has carefully put together for itself.
The human mind is punishing to various degrees in every one of us. Some become Anorexic, some suicidal, some slip into mental madness and some "catch on" to the game and fight back. The "ego" mind causes the violations of the laws of God, OR perpetrates feelings of weakness - but your Created Self, the real YOU has NOT those thoughts.

Jesus has said, "Leave the "sins" of the ego to me." That is what Atonement is for. While the "ego" is in command, you will feel guilty, or lowered, or shamed, because only the "ego" can experience that! This need not be!

The habit of engaging with God through the Holy Spirit, within, is a habit easily made if you do not let your mind slip away. The problem is not really one of lack of concentration; it is the BELIEF that YOU are NOT WORTH the effort.

Jesus says, "The dis-heartened are useless to themselves and to me, BUT only the "ego" can be disheartened." "Your mind and mine CAN UNITE in shining your "ego" away."

He further states, " There is no limit to the power of a son of God, but he can limit his power as much as he chooses. . . You can release God's Power into everything you think and do. Never settle for anything less than this, and refuse to accept anything but this as YOUR GOAL. Watch you mind carefully for any beliefs that hinder your accomplishment of the goal, and step away from those beliefs." He then states, " Judge how well you have done this by your own feelings. Judgement can be used to attack yourself or protect you. It can be used to hurt yourself ; or to heal yourself" once you have DECIDED that God Created something beyond the physical and the human Intellect.

"The 'ego' should be brought to your Judgement and found wanting there." (Meaning the "ego" should be seen in YOUR judgement of it as lacking.) To the "ego's" dark glass, you need but say, "I will no longer look upon it" for I can remember something better, something finer that was ME and can be returned. Your "ego" cannot stop the Holy Spirit from shining on you, but it CAN prevent YOU from letting Him shine through you.
Please - Decide !

Your Creator is a spirit-mind. Spirit has no judgment mechanism as does the human Intellect. God does not look upon what has been done. He keeps a maintenance FOCUS on what He Created and Knows. We reflect Him in our soul, since He Created that as His own spirit-mind. There is much, Listlessb, that we do not know or understand. But the learning is available to us. Churches teaching angry Judgement from God, punishment for His Treasured Creation in the form of Hell (which is not a location nor a destination - but simply a "hellish mind!) are teaching from the ideas Ancient Man had, in Biblical times, of a God they did not YET UNDERSTAND.

Never did Jesus speak of hellfire and brimestone. Any punishment was intended to be understood as coming from ourselves. WE are our worst Jury. Jesus understood this.

With the Creator never focusing on the thoughts and actions of a human Intellect, but only upon what He Created, He has PROVIDED the Holy Spirit and Jesus to bring us through a worldly Atonement Plan, that restores HEALTH. The Atonement Plan looks at all actions and interactions of others toward US and cleanses us of all that has occurred.

Your prayer, now, should be, "Holy Spirit, within, Come Forth and allow me to hear your Guidance in this. I acknowledge your Presence and I acknowledge my Brother, Jesus, for you are jointly in Charge of the Spiritual Journey and Atonement, planned for our restoration by the Creator, Himself. I have been too much for myself to handle, or bear (or say, "Others have been too much for me to deal with or bear." OR, insert here, "I have made decisions that harmed myself and/or others.") Blindly, and without truly believing, I RISK offering to you my Willing-ness - and turn myself over to your higher Knowledge, Understanding and Guidance. Show me I can have real conversation with you and my Brother, Jesus, who had the human experience and saw through the "eyes" of the Holy Spirit. I am open to the idea that Jesus and You, Holy Spirit, CAN teach me what Jesus learned from You, and now teaches to anyone Willing to learn. Guide me to reading books I have never been attracted to before. Be my Appointed Friends. Hold conversation with me, within my mind, when I ask questions about what I am reading. I invite you IN. In the name of our Creator. Amen."
