Low risk unless you both have open sores in your mouths.Remember you need a port of exit & a port of entrey.Remember also Blood needs to be present.

Well, now we know why people transmit the disease without knowing it.
Absolutely you can get HIV this way. Yes it is a low risk, but it is definitely a risk.
