There is a very real possibility that your ingestion will turn into acid reflux, which is likely to cause very serious problems with your esophagus! The acid coming up onto your esophagus and throat can eat through the lining of your esophagus. This can progress from serious chest pain from "cramps", or spasms of the esophagus, This is major pain and in the emergency room, it is treated as a heart attack, until proved wrong. Each time I've had them, the treatment was a BIG dose of Mylanta and a tranquilizer for the pain. The bad news is: this erosion of the esophagus can eventually turn into cancer. I watched my young husband die of cancer of the esophagus. It is not pretty!
See a doctor and stop this train wreck before it's too late.

Go to your doctor and get checked for Acid Reflux. This is actually the eroding of the esophagus and can lead to esophageal cancer if not treated. A lot of people that have this think it is just heartburn that does not go away.

OK I know this sounds weird, but I tried it and it DOES work. It just tastes nasty. You take about a teaspoon of regular vinegar (YES vinegar) and put it in like an ounce of water. Works like a charm. I do it everyday and I never get heartburn anymore.

Two things;
Do aerobics daily. That will get your metabolism up so you will digest food better and review what you eat. Something you are eating your stomach does NOT like.

For me it is pizza. Tears me up everytime.
