I have been lifting for about 11 wks now..I have seen results and some gains I have been taking alot of protein as well as eating constantly..but i'm not gaining the mass i want to..so I was just wondering if it would be smart or even help if I take testostrone? I'am a female weight lifter and I was pondering on taking a cycle for 30 days or so . To see if that will help with the size I wanna gain and if not what would be the best way going about it?

You've only been lifting 11 weeks? Give it time before you start filling your body with a bunch of crap. Food First. There's always a way for you to attain what you need within your diet. Whey Protein is probably the best thing you can do to be adding mass. Ergogenic aids like testosterone, andro, and DHEA will only mess you up.

For reasons that are not completely clear to me, women do not gain muscle mass to the degree that men do. It's a gender issue. Yes, you do continue to build strength - you will just never bulk up in the same way that men can. Continue to do what has been working for you and follow your trainer's advice, but stay away from hormones. They are big trouble. (Do you really want facial hair?)

Not if you ever plan on having kids. This can cause a lot of problems. My husband has to have testosterone shots because his levels were too low and when he was on the cream his doctor told him to make sure it was completely dry before we did anything because it is dangerous for women.

Speak to your doctor before taking any sort of hormones.
