They are a bunch of crazzies, and they make me personally want to vomit. Just to clarify they are the people who picket dead soldiers funerals with signs that say "God hates fags", "Pope in Hell", "Thank God for 9/11" and much more! You can see videos of them on Youtube or search Yahoo, they're pretty nutso.

They are not out to teach about God, they are out to make a name for themselves. They love the attention. The best thing to do is ignore them. The media should quit even acknowledging them when they show up. Don't mention them, don't video them, don't interview them, don't even act as if they are there. I think it will make them so mad that they will do something desperate and end up getting themselves arrested. Then we can be done with them.

I keep waiting for churches to sue the Phelps' for defamation of character or something. So far, other churches seem to accept the Phelps' claim to be Christians. Amazing.

I like to think of them as the Fred Phelps Fanatics. They do nothing to support their community and help give all Christians a bad name. After all, aren't we taught to judge not lest ye be judged? Of course, having just said that, I am now just as guilty as they.
