Does anyone know if there is a fuse or something that could cause the sound to go out? The picture is so good, I would think that somehow the sound could be restored. I should say that I haven't played it in a while, a couple of years or more. Thanks for your help.

If this problem comes from all input (TV, Video) big possibility your sound Amply inside the TV defect, but if it's only from TV signal maybe it switch to wrong TV system/sound system like B/G, D/K. this depend on your country TV broadcast system. Try to switch it.

There are no fuses for sound, sorry.Try the remote and see if maybe you turned off the external speakers. If not then it's a problem in the sound circuit. Not a very expensive job, maybe 50.00 to 75.00.Good luck
