Off the top of my head, I would say no. Dogs are not human children, and some things that we can eat without harm are poisonous to dogs.

Many human vitamins are toxic to dogs. Dogs do not need many vitamins that humans do need and visa versa.
If you suspect your dog has a defficience, it is best to take it to the vet to have it tested, and then allow the vet to reccommend some safe ways of getting that vitamin level to a healthy state.

best not to, children's/humans have different vitamin requirements to animals.
if you want to give your dog a supplement of any kind see the vet to advise which one is appropriate.
