I have these areas about the size of a nickel on each top of my cheekbones. I am thinking stress or lack of sleep. They seem to be more apparent at times. Is there any cure? I don't think it's bags under the eyes since they are further down. Thanks Here is a pic(not the best but still): http://elitetikis.com/topcheek.jpg

Yea, tried metro gel. Face started peeling bad. I am taking tetracycline and it seems to help somewhat. Thanks all for the answers :)

It could be rosacea.

Rosacea flares up during stress, when you're not sleeping well, and it can be triggered by caffeine, chocolate, alcohol and spicy foods.

It may be rosasia, or a slight flushing of the skin common to your genetic type of skin.

You might want to try taking antihistamines when you see a flair up.
Just to make sure, go to a dermatologist.

Aloe might help.

you might have rosacea, if so avoid certain foods, and use a product called Metro Gel, provided by a dermatologist.
