It is Latin, but the last word is not found in any dictionary.
He increases/extols (leminem) for God.

Deo - God (dative or ablative, not the subject)
Augit - enlarges, extols (verb)
Is - he (nominative - subject)
Leminem - unknown word (accusative - direct object)

If the word is supposed to be lenimen, which is the closest word I could find also, then it means "a softening or soothing remedy; an alleviation, mitigation, solace".

I would most likely say that those words are Latin, and the first word in Latin would mean something like God.
