The trinity was not in the original Bible. In 1611 when the Bible was first translated into English, the religious leaders of the time added the trinity phrase in order to create a "pomp and ceremony" flavor to the Bible. Probably also to add awe and confusion for their members. "Where there is confusion, there is profit."
The trinity was an ironic addition to the Bible. Why?
Because it conflicted with advice from Jesus. Jesus often denied that he was God, or even a good person, he insisted that we not worship him. Then Jesus also told us that the true Holy Spirit would not talk about himself. Yet misinformed Christians end their prayers "In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost". Which is not so bad, cause the Son and the Holy Ghost have both brought us God's Message. But they according to their words, are not to be worshipped.
What is God's message?
Harmony is harmony.
Disharmony is the only sin against God.
You don't need to go to church to understand that message.
However, we all need to be nice to our neighbors in order to apply that message.

In the trinity concept of Christianity... the existence of an Almighty God the Holy Father, Jesus as the son of God and a holy spirit forms part of the trinity. The existence of three independent entities forms the core teachings of Bible.
Almighty God the Holy Father is the real god(;-) More here- http://www.vijaykumar.com/who_is_jesus_christ.html

"Trinity" is a term that is not found in the Bible but a word used to describe what is apparent about God in the Scriptures. The Bible clearly speaks of God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit...and also clearly presents that there is only one God. Thus the term: "Tri" meaning three, and "Unity" meaning one, Tri+Unity = Trinity. It is a way of acknowledging what the Bible reveals to us about God, that God is yet three "Persons" who have the same essence of deity.
God the Son (Jesus) is fully, completely God. God the Father is fully, completely God. And God the Holy Spirit is fully, completely God. Yet there is only one God. In our world, with our limited human experience, it's tough to understand the Trinity. But from the beginning we see God this way in Scripture. Notice the plural pronouns "us" and "our" in Genesis 1:26 -- Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
Jesus said: "I and the Father are one." (John 10:30)
"He who has seen Me has seen the Father." (John 14:9)
"He who beholds Me beholds the One who sent Me." (John 12:45)
Sorry, "godrealized", you have it wrong.

All three. If you mean who is the head of the trinity; God the Father is, and always has been and will be; and everywhere.

All of them. One God, three distinct persons - God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

I don't believe in the trinity (in the sense of there being the three in one). I believe Elohim, Jehovah, and the Holy Ghost are three seperate and distinct personages. Because I believe that to be true, I believe Elohim then is God, Jehovah is our Savior (He is the Son of God, and He has One Purpose and One Mind with God and does the will of God), and the Holy Ghost is our comforter. I hope that helps.

There is no such thing as the trinity in the Bible. It CLEARLY says at Ps. 83:18 that Jehovah is the Most High. At John 10:36, Jesus called himself the SON of God. The holy spirit is God's active force.
As hard as a person may look, he will find NO scripture in the Bible that says God is made up of 3 co-eternal, co-equal "persons." He will also not find the terms God the Son or God the Holy Spirit.
Trinitarians are a confused lot. If you asked them what God's name is, they will answer "Jesus, of course." But how can that be if God is made up of 3 equal "persons?" Why not call God "Father" or "Holy Spirit?" Aren't they part of your triune godhead too?
The Bible makes it clear who Almighty God is. At John 17:3, Jesus called his Father, Jehovah, the ONLY true God, thus excluding themselves. Trinitarians just can't see the obvious.

THE DEITY consists of GOD, THE FATHER, JESUS CHRIST, THE SON, and THE HOLY GHOST HOLY SPIRIT. it was explained to me like this : your dad is separate from your mom and you. your mom is separate from your dad and you. you are separate from your mom and Dad. yet all three of you are connected by family ties which is a relationship which will never be broken
