How many are capable or do, view a human/infant or child's home as his first experience with government? If so, would you rate your child's first experience as: Totalitarian(one authority holds all control, no religious freedom), authoritarian, peaceful anarchy, chaotic anarcy, democracy, or republic? How does the home life, as the first government, directly influence what kind global future we will have?

This is a great question!! I think a lot of parents are ruling their families by democracy - quite different from the days when what dad says goes. In my house, we discuss everything before making a decision (and I mean everything, down to what we are going to eat for breakfast!). We all end up doing different things and each person does their own thing, pretty much. Not sure what kind of government that might represent...

I would agree that family is a child's first experience with government. I do not yet have children, but when I do, I think the family will be something of a republic. That is, there will be a leader (leaders) who has authority and holds the final say, but is also responsive to those who are governed. There will be times when I disagree with my children and insist that my way is followed, but I will also listen to them and try to find acceptable compromises whenever possible. I expect that homelife, as the first government, does have some sort of global impact. Those who lived in an authoritarian family are more likely to be authoritarian with others. The more we are taught that others' opinions matter, the more we will be willing to listen.
