I don't. I am always a sinner so I do not have to fall. Luckily though I have Jesus' promise of salvation to help me to try and make better decisions and keep from repeating my mistakes over and over. In that way, I never actually fall from grace, I simply slip a little and am always put back on track by the hand of God. Humanity in General fell from Grace when Eve took the fruit of the forbidden tree and shared it with Adam. Jesus offered a way to regain that grace and many have taken Him up on it. Others have not and are still lying in their disgrace.

When you begin to ugly yourself, because you felt your graceful state was boring. When you begin abusing your body, doing drugs, smoking, becoming arrogant, thinking you are better than those you tend to, become lazy and self-indulgent, crave violence and action. Basically when you want more, want more, want more.
